Common faults of weighing instrument

1. Failure phenomenon: The large screen display does not display normal weighing data from the start.

Cause of failure: the connection mode of weighing display interface and large screen interface is not unified.

Solution: Find part of the contents of the weighing display manual and the large screen manual about the connection interface, and the correct connection interface can be normal.

2. Fault phenomenon: self-test after the start of the weighing display, and then display "..." crash.

Cause of failure: The green and white data lines in the junction box are opposite.

Solution: immediately disconnect the power supply, use the weighing display to detect whether all sensor cables and the corresponding color lines of the bus are correct, that is, red, black, white, and green, test whether they are in contact and reconnect.
3. Trouble phenomenon: After the weighing display is connected to the computer, there is no weighing digital display in the running weighing software.

Cause of failure: The data cable connecting the weighing display and the computer is not connected correctly or the baud rate setting is not uniform.

Solution: Find the part of the weighing display and computer connection interface in this weighing display manual and large screen manual, connect the interface correctly, and then check the baud rate setting of the weighing display and computer software.

4. Trouble phenomenon: After the weighing display is connected to the computer, run the weighing software to display the garbled code.

Cause of failure: baud rate setting of weighing display and weighing software is not uniform.

Solution: Check the baud rate set in the weighing display and computer weighing software respectively, and set them uniformly.

5. Trouble phenomenon: After the weighing platform is under the car, the weighing display still displays large and stable data.

Fault reason: platform limit stuck.

Solution: check the limit of the scale and adjust it to a reasonable position.

6. Trouble phenomenon: Start to display a "start display" Err "error message, the weighing display checks each sensor when modifying the address, and the sensor can work normally. Starting from "1", the number of connected sensors gradually increases. When a certain number of sensors are not connected to all sensors, an "Err error message appears on the weighing display.

Fault reason: weighing display load power is insufficient.

Solution: Replace the weighing display.
