Thames Side Stainless Steel T68 Type S Load Cell C3 Certified
We have released a new type of S-type (or S-beam) load cell, made of stainless steel, and approved by OIML R60 to obtain C3 certification.
This replaces the previous 650-type load cell.
The T68 offers capacities of 250,500,1000,2000,5000 and 7500kg, in a 4-wire configuration. It can be used at extreme temperatures of -40 to 95 degrees Celsius; therefore, it is suitable for various applications without special versions, such as high-temperature types. However, for applications requiring continuous use at temperatures up to 150 degrees, an alternative version is also available.
Like many other load cells, it has a five-year (5-year) warranty against manufacturing defects as a statement of confidence in our high-quality modern manufacturing process and individual load cell compensation. We physically test, optimize and compensate each individual load cell before allowing it to pass our rigorous quality checks.
Of course, it includes our standard industry-leading polyurethane cable, which ensures that in the environment of industrial standard PVC cable, the use of harsh high-temperature chemicals strictly clean the environment, can ensure better cable protection. Through the completely welded and sealed design, IP68 / IP69K can be protected and is suitable for flushing and cleaning according to ISO 20653.
For very demanding applications where strong chemicals and stress corrosion are a problem, we can provide this load cell with a special parylene coating to protect the load cell and significantly increase its working life.
Optional rod end bearing adapters are available for tensioning applications.
