Ex-HK320B flameproof weighing instrument
It is specially developed for the weighing and control of hazardous chemical industry situations. It can be used for filling, quantitative control, and material level indication of hazardous chemical products. It can also transmit the weighing signal from the hazardous area to the safe area through analog or digital communication. The automatic control system integrates on-site display and remote transmission, and is suitable for weighing control applications in hazardous gas environments.

Cast aluminum shell, embedded with anti-EMC interference circuit, strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability, suitable for industrial site applications.
High-precision, high-resolution 24-bit-delta A/D conversion.
AD rate can be selected: 30 times/second, 60 times/second, 100 times/second, 200 times/second.
Three calibration methods: weight calibration, calibration parameter modification, sensitivity input calibration
Isolated dual-channel communication interface, optional RS232 or RS485. Supports Modbus-RTU communication, micro-printing communication, large-screen communication, and Profibus-DP, ProfiNet and Modbus TCP.
Two relay outputs, multiple output modes can be set: sorting, fixed value, quantitative, reduction, batching, peak and other modes.
One switch input.
The analog output type can be set: 0~20mA, 4~20mA, 0~5V or 0~10V. Or output according to user settings.
Explosion-proof grade: Ex dia IIB T6Gb/Ex tD A21 IP66 T80℃.
