HK02-06 analog weight transmitter

The analog weight transmitter series is a product launched by our company for the industrial control field (or other applications that require analog output). The series of products have simple structure and are easy to install and debug. The two-stage amplifier circuit is adopted, the zero point and the gain are adjusted independently, the zero point is not affected when the gain is changed, and the field adjustment is more convenient. The two-stage amplifier circuit before and after can improve the stability of the instrumentation amplifier under the condition of high gain operation, and has an output protection circuit and an anti-power supply reverse connection protection circuit. Signal output type can be selected: 4 ~ 20mA (or 0 ~ 20mA), 0~5V (or 0~10V).

Sensor excitation voltage: DC 12V, can drive 1-4 analog sensors (output resistance ≥ 350).
Magnification: voltage 90~900 times.
Current output: Maximum load resistance 500 ohms.
Voltage output: Minimum load resistance 10,000 ohms.
Power supply voltage range of weight transmitter: DC 18-24V, maximum power consumption 1.5 watts.
The weight transmitter shall not share a power supply with equipment prone to power supply noise such as motors, relays or heaters.
Use temperature: -30 ℃ ~ 60 ℃, relative humidity: 10% ~ 85% RH, no condensation.
Storage temperature: -40 ℃ ~ 85 ℃, relative humidity: 10% ~ 85% RH, no condensation.
